Guatemala has been part of our lives since we can recall, and has influenced us in many aspects, due to its amazing mayan heritage, nature, and culture. Every smell, vibrant color, and sound have been part of our inspiration in creating each and every product. These are all sustainable and artesanal handmade products. The word UTZ comes from Kaqchikel,( one of the 25 main languages in Guatemala)  which is one of the main indigenous languages spoken in Guatemala, meaning Good.  

We work with local artisans throughout Guatemala, in order to support and promote the talent and craftsmenship in the country and make it known worldwide.
